Proof Positive: The Spirit of Freedom Is Alive and Well!

The spirit and determination of the Founders lives in today's American citizens.  Isn't it curious how, from the ash-heap of socialism, communism, marxism, nazism and liberalism, freedom always rises?  It is like a phoenix, rising against the dawning sun.  Absolute fear, dread and uncertainty came over me the night the presidency was secured by BHO.  "What's going to happen to us," was my gut reaction.  (The lamestream media and liberals conveniently ignore the fact he won with only 52.7% of the popular vote.)  What happened was untamed, unapologetic and instinctive.  A free people will NOT be held down.  There is, without a doubt, a deeply spiritual element to the conservative resurgence--and I think the Founders would be proud.  I struggled with trying to describe what the 912 march on the capitol in 2009 was like.  It's like when you meet the person you're supposed to marry.  You can't DESCRIBE it.  You just KNOW it.  You FEEL it.  That's what the march on the capitol was like.  The moment they announced there were 1.5 million people there was unlike anything else I've ever experienced.  The elation was palatable.  The joy was overflowing.  That was all the proof I needed to be reassured this country will stand and remain free.  Of course we have our work cut out for us, but the return to our roots--having people quote the Constitution, the Declaration, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, James Madison and others--is exactly the road back.  We'll get there.  Our opponents have no choice.
