OK, so does it makes sense for the State of Minnesota to charge a vendor that provides a state agency with portable toilets a $700 annual fee and require that same vendor to file a report, delineating what's being taken OUT of the portable toilets, and go to 3 days of training each year, only to have that vendor finally say, "I'm not doing business in this state anymore?" Oh, and then that same state agency is then in the position of paying another vendor 50% more for portable toilets because that vendor is willing to go through all the hassle....probably because they just pass the dang expense right back to the state through the higher rate charged for their service? This is the government at work for us and IT IS RIDICULOUS. This kind of thing is costing the taxpayers more money than I would even know how to begin measuring.
There's so much more of this kind of thing and I'm going to keep right on bringing it up. We're talking about MY CHILDREN'S FUTURE...AND YOURS...AND I'M SICK OF IT.
